Points Club

ELIGIBILITY:

• MEMBERSHIP: Owner of the dog must be a member in good standing with HRC, Inc. for a minimum of 12 months immediately PRIOR to the time the dog earns the qualifying championship points.  Membership in the Point Club remains in effect for the term of the owner’s membership in HRC.
• POINTS: HRC recognizes the 100 championship points that count toward the retriever's HRCH title, plus all subsequent additional points (including Preliminary Hunts) earned in Finished, Grand and Upland Hunt Tests. The Points Club Program recognizes the achievement of 500 points and continues recognition at 500-point intervals (ie: 500, 1000,1500, etc).
• TITLES: HRC Title rules apply, therefore, ONLY HRC Titles recognized by UKC will be permitted on the jacket (ie: GR, HRCH, UH, HOF).

ORDERING:

• ORDERING: All Point Club order forms must be submitted using the online order form link provided by the HRC Administrative Coordinator. Once approved, the order will be submitted for manufacture.
• COST: HRC will cover the cost of ONE Point Club jacket for each qualified dog, if the order is placed within ONE year of the recipient receiving the HRC notification.   HRC will NOT cover the cost for orders placed after the one-year deadline.
• CUSTOMIZATION CHARGES: If changes are requested and approved by the HRC Administrative Coordinator, the cost must be paid by the Owner before the order will be processed. Black jackets will have grey lettering. Mossy Oak “camo” jackets will have cream lettering. For all other jacket colors, the lettering will match the color of the jacket collar. If a different color combination is desired for the lettering, the cost must be paid by the Owner before the order will be processed.
• ADDITIONAL OR REPLACEMENTS: At their own expense, the Owner may purchase additional jackets for co-owners, spouses, family members, handlers, etc. Jackets may also be purchased if the 1-year deadline for ordering has expired or in situations where a replacement is needed for damage, wear, loss, etc. Contact the HRC Administrative Coordinator for an online order form link.
• SHIPPING: The jacket will be shipped to the Owner directly from the manufacturer. Due to the significance of the accomplishments of these members, it is the desire of HRC to have the jackets presented when possible, during a ceremony at a National HRC event or by their HRC Home Club with special ceremony.
