The Public Relations Committee is appointed by the Hunting Retriever Club, Inc. ("HRC") National President. The Public Relations Representative is accountable to the HRC Executive Committee. Immediate supervision of the Public Relations Representative is the responsibility of the HRC President in consultation with the Executive Committee.
