The Field Representative is a joint appointment of the Hunting Retriever Club, Inc. ("HRC") and the United Kennel Club ("UKC"). The position's authority is derived from HRC and UKC. The Field Representative is accountable to the HRC Executive Committee. Immediate supervision of the Field Representatives is the responsibility of the HRC Vice President in consultation with the Executive Committee
